Provides protection against a range of organic vapours boiling above 65C in concentrations up to 10 times the Occupational Exposure Limit or 5,000ppm, whichever is lower, and against fine dust down to 0.5 micron mean particle size in concentrations up to 20 times OEL. Meets the HSE approved standard EN405 FFA2P3. Has a limited service life and should be replaced immediately upon first sign of breakthrough or within one month of issue, whichever occurs first. Low-maintenance and can be cleaned between use with the 3M 105 Face Seal Cleaner.

The 3M respirator can provide protection against a range of organic vapours boiling above 65°C (with good warning properties, i.e. taste or smell) in concentrations up to 10 times the Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL) or 5,000ppm, whichever is lower. In addition, this respirator can protect against fine dust, with mean particle size down to 0.5 micron, in concentrations up to 20 times OEL. The 3M 4255 respirator meets the requirements of the HSE approved standard EN405 FFA2P3. Please refer to the technical factsheet for full details on use and limitations.
